Are You Still Justifying What You Know Is Wrong?
He Who Has Ears to Hear, Let Him Hear What the Holy Spirit Says to the Church

Are You Still Justifying What You Know Is Wrong?
One of the greatest traps people fall into is not simply making a mistake, but refusing to acknowledge it. As long as a person continues to justify sin, they will continue to live under its consequences. Repentance begins when we stop making excuses and accept God's truth.
Scripture clearly declares:
"Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap."
(Galatians 6:7)
No one can deceive God. He knows the heart, our intentions, and the things we often try to hide from others.
Deception Began in the Garden
After disobeying God, Adam and Eve did not run to Him to ask for forgiveness.
They ran to hide.
They believed they could conceal what they had done.
The Bible tells us:
(Genesis 3:8–10)
When God asked, "Where are you?", it was not because He did not know their location. He wanted them to recognize the spiritual condition into which they had fallen.
Instead of repenting, however, they began making excuses.
Blame replaced responsibility.
Appearance Never Covers Sin
Adam and Eve made garments of fig leaves to cover their nakedness.
(Genesis 3:7)
They attempted to solve a spiritual problem with human effort.
But fig leaves could never remove guilt.
In the same way, many people today try to cover their sin with religious appearances, good works, excuses, or clever arguments.
None of these things change reality before God.
Only repentance brings restoration.
Every Decision Has Consequences
Adam and Eve's disobedience did not affect only themselves.
It affected:
-
their marriage,
-
their family,
-
and every generation that followed.
They were expelled from the Garden of Eden.
(Genesis 3:23–24)
Sin always produces consequences when it is left unaddressed.
Many families today suffer because no one was willing to admit their mistakes before it was too late.
Evil Never Produces Good
We cannot expect to reap peace while sowing disobedience.
We cannot expect unity while feeding pride.
We cannot expect happiness while walking away from God.
Evil will never produce good.
That is why God continually calls people to abandon whatever is destroying their lives.
God Wants to Restore Your Family
God's purpose has never been to destroy mankind.
From the very beginning, He created us to live in fellowship with Him, enjoy His presence, and experience strong, blessed families.
Although sin brought separation, Christ came to restore what had been lost.
Jesus came to set us free from evil and restore the life God intended from the beginning.
God desires to restore:
-
your heart,
-
your marriage,
-
your family,
-
your peace,
-
your hope.
There is still an opportunity to begin again.
God Wants You to Live a Full Life
Many people talk about God while believing they will never truly be happy.
Yet it has never been God's will for people to live defeated lives.
In His presence there is joy.
In His ways there is peace.
In His will there is abundant life.
True happiness does not depend on circumstances; it is born from walking closely with the Lord.
Be Careful Who Influences You
The Bible gives a clear warning:
"Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness?"
(2 Corinthians 6:14)
It continues:
"And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever?"
(2 Corinthians 6:15)
The people we walk with influence the decisions we make.
Wrong influences strengthen what is evil.
Godly influences draw us closer to God.
That is why we must choose carefully who we walk with and what voices we allow to shape our lives.
Disconnect from Evil
It is not enough to recognize what is wrong.
We must also separate ourselves from it.
Disconnect from everything that feeds sin.
Disconnect from harmful conversations.
Disconnect from influences that pull you away from God.
Then connect your heart to Christ.
Only He can transform what no human effort can change.
Only He can give you a new life.
Christ Is Coming Soon
Christ is coming soon.
Stop hiding what God already knows.
Acknowledge your mistakes.
Repent.
Return to the Lord.
Allow Him to restore your heart, your family, and your walk with Him.
"Pay attention, and may God give you understanding in everything."
(2 Timothy 2:7)
👉 Today is the day to leave behind excuses, abandon outward appearances, and walk in the truth. God is not looking for perfect people, but for humble hearts willing to acknowledge their need for Him. Only Christ can transform evil into a new opportunity for life.
