If you want to grow, you have to change what you consume.

Do you want to grow? Change your diet
Spiritual growth does not happen by accident.
It depends on what you consume.
If you want to grow, you must change your spiritual diet.
The danger of applauding lies
Applauding lies is practicing the opposite of truth.
And everything that goes against the truth produces bad results.
It doesn’t only affect you, but also your family, because that environment becomes contaminated. What is spoken, what is heard, and what is celebrated eventually forms a culture.
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue.”
(Proverbs 18:21)
What you speak… that you will eat.
What you listen to… that will feed you.
What you consume shapes you
The mind constantly records content.
And your life feeds from that content.
If you consume lies, you will live in deception.
If you consume truth, you will walk in the light.
The devil is the father of lies (John 8:44).
That is why accepting lies weakens your character and your discernment.
Samson: an example of a bad spiritual diet
Samson did not fall suddenly.
It was a process.
He surrounded himself with the wrong environment, tolerated lies, and ended up obeying the wrong voice.
He thought God was with him…
but God had already departed from him.
(Judges 16:20)
The consequence was clear:
he lost his strength, his vision, and his purpose.
The spiritual law is clear
“Whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.”
(Galatians 6:7)
You cannot sow lies and expect truth.
You cannot live in deception and expect blessing.
Return to the truth
The solution is clear:
return to the Word of God.
“Your word is a lamp to my feet.”
(Psalm 119:105)
Truth illuminates the path.
Truth guides you.
Truth sustains you.
Jesus said:
“I am the way, the truth, and the life.”
(John 14:6)
A life that pleases God
God does not approve of lies.
He approves truth, peace, and holiness.
“Pursue peace and holiness.”
(Hebrews 12:14)
This is not optional.
It is a calling.
The right diet
The Bible gives us the key:
“Desire the pure spiritual milk.”
(1 Peter 2:2)
To grow, you must:
- Put away deceit
- Abandon hypocrisy
- Turn away from envy
- Avoid distractions
(1 Peter 2:1)
Your growth depends on what you consume.
If you feed your life with lies, you weaken.
If you feed on truth, you grow.
Christ is coming soon.
It is time to change your diet.
“Pay attention, and may God give you understanding in everything.”
(2 Timothy 2:7)
