Why are you cast down?

Why do you keep letting time pass without seeking the solution?
The longer you wait, the more room you give the enemy to fill your mind with lies.

The Bible says that the devil is the father of lies (John 8:44).
His strategy is to deceive the mind until it is filled with unbelief (2 Corinthians 4:4).

And unbelief is the exact opposite of what you need in the middle of your problem.

Faith is the answer

Faith brings the answer you need today.

“Without faith it is impossible to please God.”
(Hebrews 11:6)

Do not doubt that you can come out of discouragement.
Do not accept sadness as your permanent condition.

The enemy wants to convince you that there is no way out anymore, but God is still the way, the truth, and the life.

David: when the soul is cast down

David went through very difficult moments.
He was rejected by his family.
He made mistakes.
He misused his authority.
He made decisions that led him into situations with no apparent escape.

But there came a moment when he understood something important:
there was Someone greater than his own strength.

So he stopped and spoke to his soul:

“Why are you cast down, O my soul?
And why are you disquieted within me?”
(Psalm 42:5)

David did not ignore his condition.
He confronted it.

And then he gave himself an answer:

“Hope in God; for I shall yet praise Him.”
(Psalm 42:5)

You can still trust again

Maybe you feel like you no longer have the strength to wait on God.
But today you can trust again.

Stop feeding what is pulling you down.
Stop focusing only on what discourages you.

Lift up your eyes.

“Fixing our eyes on Jesus…”
(Hebrews 12:2)

Jesus is alive

Jesus did not remain in the tomb.
He rose again.

And His first message after the resurrection was clear:

“He is not here, for He has risen.”
(Matthew 28:6–7)

“Go and tell My brothers…”
(John 20:17)

In other words:

👉 “I am alive.”

That is still the message today.

When you believe, you will see the glory of God

When you truly believe that Jesus is alive, everything changes.

You no longer speak about God as someone distant.
You no longer speak about the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit as if they were absent.

God is alive.
The Holy Spirit is alive.
Jesus is alive.

He hears.
He responds.

“Call to Me, and I will answer you.”
(Jeremiah 33:3)

The problem with many people

Many do not see the power of God because they see Him as distant.
They speak of Him as history… and not as a living reality.

But Christ lives within you.

Conclusion

Do not allow discouragement to rule your soul.
Do not keep feeding thoughts that destroy you.

Speak to your soul like David did:
“Hope in God.”

Jesus is alive.
And because He lives, there is still hope for you.

Christ is coming soon.

“Pay attention, and may God give you understanding in everything.”
(2 Timothy 2:7)

👉 Today is the day to believe again, lift up your eyes, and remember that Jesus is not dead… He is alive and still at work.
